10 minutes.

3–5 sessions a week for 4–6 weeks, then maintenance as needed.

1. Start with bare skin. Remove skincare and aftershave before treatment.
2. Settle in. Fasten the mask comfortably. Hold the controller button for one second. The session ends automatically after 10 minutes.
3. Finish your routine. Apply skincare afterward. Clean the mask with a damp cloth or water-based wipe, let it air dry, and store flat.

Before your first session

For adults 21 and older. Read the full user guide and complete its sensitization test first. Charge the controller separately from the mask and unplug the charger before use.

Do not use while pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding; with a photosensitive disorder or medication; with light-triggered headaches; or with genetic eye conditions. Review your medicines and skincare with your clinician, including retinol.
